Do you only repair phones or can you fix other devices too?

Yes, in addition to your cell phone we can also fix a wide variety of Tablets, Smart watches, and Gaming Consoles.

Do you repair android devices?

Yes, We repair Samsung, LG, Motorola, OnePlus, Huawei and most other major brands.

Can you fix water damage on my phone?

While we cannot guarantee it we average a 75% success rate for water damaged phones. Here are some helpful tips:

To aid in a successful repair bring it to us as quickly as possible, even if it is still wet. The faster we can get to work on it the better the odds it can be fixed.

My device won’t charge. Can you fix it?

Yes, we can! It could possibly just dirty, and we can clean it and get it back to charging normally. However, it could also need a new battery, charging port, or even have an issue with the motherboard. All of which we can fix. Bring it to us for a free evaluation and we will check it out. Our experienced technicians will quickly diagnose and give you an estimate of the time and cost to repair your device.

My battery dies suddenly. Can you help?

Of course. Most batteries will deteriorate over time or after several hundred charge/discharge cycles. While it is most common in older phones with older batteries sometimes newer phones and especially those that are used in harsh environments, specifically extreme hot or cold conditions, are more likely to fail faster.

Can you fix my phone while I wait?

Absolutely, most smartphone repairs can be done in about an hour! We pride ourselves on being FAST! ...after all it’s in our name!

Can you fix cracked glass on the back of my iPhone?

Yes, we can. In most cases, we offer back glass replacement in as little as 4 hours and the majority will be completed the same day.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

Yes, if you have 3 or more devices, we will offer a discount on the total cost and we also offer screen protectors at a reduced rate when combined with other repairs. Ask us for more details and special pricing.

Are your parts ”good” or “quality” parts?

Yes, we use only the highest quality original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts, plus we provide warranties on our parts. In addition to our top-notch service by our highly trained technicians, you can rest assured your devices are in good hands.

Why do you need my passcode?

We only need it so we can test your phone or tablet after we repair it to ensure it is fully operational. If you don’t provide your code we cannot ensure all functions such as cameras and speakers are working properly.

What does your warranty cover?

Fast Bros’ limited lifetime warranty covers defects in the parts as well as the labor on the repair. However, we cannot cover issues caused by physical damage.
